now even the one i format to put in one gig my doughter play with it and now its like the other one its stay in Hourglass

please help meeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Yes Shortly after formatting from 8GB to 1GB about a day or so, the player gets stuck in hourglass mode. . . .

Did you say you had two of these players ??? If So you can use S1clone to make a copy of the working player, and then clone it to the not working player. . .Also. Could you please email me with that clone image ? yborg@bigpond.net.au I would appreciate that allot. Allthough I'm sure it will get the phony 8 gigs back, and the problem will start allover again. :) But this time I'll be prepared . . .to make another clone of the firmware right after the format.

download some mp3 utillities ver. 3.5 and use its disk formatting program
i believe your mp3 has two partitions right?
cause if its not there's a another way to fix your prob.
and if it has two partitions i need to know the size if
