Default Problem with memory

I am trying your guide, but when I go to the mp3 disk tools thing it doesnt have any drived to select, volume or disk capacity. I think that maybe my computer isnt reading my mp3 player. There is no "mass USB sotorage device thing at the bottom right. If you have any suggestion on what to do it would be appreciated.

cmb9212, The Disk Tool will only work with Action chipset players. If your player is using a Rockchip, Sigmatel or Sunplus chip then the player will not be detected.

Perhaps you can provide a bit more info on your player. Firmware version number, video format type.
