S6B33B6 LCD controller chip

Hi all!

I have a few 1.5" color LCDs TM128128CKFWG32 with
samsung's S6B33B6 controller.

I tired to program the module without any success.

First of all, I can not get a copy of S6B33B6 datasheet. Only
available copy is for S6B33B2.

Is there anyone who can help me out in this situation?
