Default Will s1clone damage my mp4 player?

I have a 9.0.50 firmware, which, to my understanding, was previously completely impossible to extract. But with s1clone, would it be possible to extract it, and if something happened during extraction, would my player or my PC screw up? The guy who was selling them had a lot, so I bet there are more people out there with the same player but dead. So will it screw up my player?

yes, it can, and i did it.
it took about 2 hours to extract.

i've tried pressing the "cancel" button during extraction and nothing bad happened

i dont think it'll screw your player up without force cancelling.
