My suggestion would be to never use Norton.

McAfee, Nod32, Kaspersky, BitDefender are all great antivirus programs that don't hog your resources. Also run periodic antispyware scans with software like Ad-Aware or Spybot.

I found the problem it was a usb cable I had on my pc so I could plug it in on top of my desk. once I plugged the mp4 player in my pc without using that it found it
