Mp3 player utilities doesn't have disk tool option
 

Hi - I just recently bought a 8G mp4 player off ebay and am planning to find out it's true memory.

However my MP3 Player Utilities (3.61 version) doesnt have the MP3 player disk tool option so i downloaded the 3.68 version but it still doesnt have it - its only got the amv concert tool, amv player, upgrade tool and sound convert tool. Does anyone know why?? Thanks

Sometimes these installers have some missing options. Which i believe that the sellers or manufacturers removed on purpose, to prevent people from formatting and finding out the actual capacity.
Try these few versions and see if it works.
