bought a 8gb mp4 player, but have a problem

Hi

First sorry for my english

Si I have bought a 8gb mp4 player, but there is a probleme:

First I have a small partition with unreadable items, and it is impossible to format it. All items are corrupted.

Second I cannot drag folders in the player, because they always became mixed (for exemple all song from one album go to all other folders, or all folders on the root goes inside all other folders.... so all is mixed)

Third pictures of videos are not on the center of the screen

Well, a lot of problems for me.

What's happened ? Solutions ?

Thanks a lot

Sounds like a really bad hack. Sometimes the hack file can get corruptted and cause the same problems you're describing.

If you can't reformat the player, I would contact the seller. Where did you buy it from? If it was eBay, what's the sellers eBay ID?

To reformat your player the instructions are here:

ghost_itr,

It's very risky to try to get a 8GB MP4 player. I believe there ARE some, but a very large amount of HACKED ones out there at the moment. It's too much of a high risk to find one. You've already had a bad experience with a hacked 8GB, I think the last thing you want is to buy another hacked player.

You could always go for Meizu 4Gb player, I'm sure you would be satisfied with one of these, but they do cost a little more, but a far lot less than an Ipod Nano with loads more features
