My mp4 player is not opening

Hi i am new to this so i dont know how to post i dont know whether i did it right or not.

My mp4 player is not opening what to do plz help me
i not upgraded with any firmware
i just bought one new earphone and after that only the problem arrived
my mp4 player i not opening now

guna , what does your player display when you try to turn it on?

Also, when you connect it to the computer's USB, is your computer able to detect the player?

it does not shows anything
my computer will detect only when the player is on
but what to do my player is not getting on
plz help me

guna , if your screen does not display anything even if you turned it on, and also your computer does not recognise it, i'll suggest that you contact your seller for an exchange. It could likely be some hardware or firmware failure.
