How to upgrade the firmware of my mp4 with camera?

this is my fake sony mp4 player with camera
256 mb
asf format for videos and mp3 for audios

Can anyone help me how to upgrade the firmware of my mp4 with camera or PMP?

Yeah, i can help. DO NOT UPDATE THE FREAKIN' FIRMWARE UNLESS YOU WANT TO KILL YOUR DEVICE!

So if your camera/PMP thingy still works normally, there is no reason to try and break it. :)
