How do I download a theme to my mp4 watch?

Sorry I'm such a bother but how do i extract and reflash firmware?

Himanshu , i'm not sure which chipset your player uses, so i'm not very sure if MP3 Utilities would be able to detect your player. However, do try S1fwx v3.2 here http://www.mympxplayer.org/s1fwx-v32-df570.html

Dangit. It doesn't detect my watch. What should I do?

Himanshu , very likely it is not an Actions chipset. The MP3 Utilities was made specifically for Actions, so would not work with any other chipset brands.
