Re: blue screen with the timer icon, PC doesn't detect it

I have already removed the memory hack. The seller told me the MP4 player would be 4GB, But it only turned out to be 2GB. I tried opening the MP4 player but its hard. I have this MP4 player:

Obzdadon , does the player function properly after you have formatted it? Or is it still the same?

To open your player, you'll need to pry/lift up the white cover (where your On/Off switch is). Do the same for both top and bottom. Hidden below it would be screws which you'll need to remove.
Once removed, the covers should be able to be slided/lifted open. You might need to depress/rotate the keypads while removing the covers.

What do i need to do if the firmware is crashed?

Obzdadon , if your player does not function as it should be, but shows a blue/white/black screen, then you'll need to try various v9.0.xx series firmwares.

If your computer does not recognise the player, then you'll need to perform the dead player recovery guide to reboot your player.

I dont know what you mean by 'v9.0.xx series firmwares'
My computer shows that i have plugged in a Usb Drive but then it says that i need to install some software for it

Obzdadon , v9.0.xx series simply mean like v9.0.43, v9.0.48, v9.0.50 firmwares. These of which may be found here http://www.mympxplayer.org/actions-9...ware-dc37.html

Such firmware flashing should only be done for recovering dead players, and not for plain firmware updates. So if you player does not function properly (it blue screen), then you should flash with these firmwares.

Flashing guide here http://www.mympxplayer.org/how-to-up...ayer-vt46.html

The problem with these players firmwares are that the version numbers are not accurate, and even the same version number would most likely not work for your player. So it's all a matter a trial and error. You'll need to keep trying all the firmwares until you get a working one.

Good luck.
