Help with mp4 brightness...
 
Hi ppl... first of all i apologize coz i know that my english is not perfect so try to understand a little plz =)

here is my problem, and i wish u can help me...
a couple of months ago i bought an mp4 player, it was good until a weeks ago... i was recharging the battery and when i picked up the player i notice that the screen was black... first i thought that maybe the lcd was broken but when i tryed to use it was like always, except for the screen... i barely see the menus... it's like the brightnes is at the lowest point but i put it at maximun to can see... i dont know what is it... i thought that maybe if i upgrade the frimware it may solve the problem... in the system version screen it says:
7513_sdk
2007/01/12
9.1.51
2006/01/19

plz help cuz i cant see the vids and thats why i bought it :(

falchi , it's difficult to find the problem. But i suspect that some component for the screen had probably blown in the player.

Never do a firmware upgrade as it would 99% likely to brick your player instead.

If your player is still under warranty, contact your seller for an exchange. There is nothing you can do to the firmware as it is not supported by the extraction tool yet.
