mp4 screen stay blue all the time
 
need help to fix it my mp4 player stay blue wend i put it ON my computer ditected it and i cand put some music in it but wont play stay blue screen

cchl2005 , what does your computer detect your player as?
Is it a removable drive?
Are you able to see the removable drive via explorer?

yes i see the removable drive and see all in it

cchl2005 , have you done any firmware upgrades on the player? Or did it just turn blue out of the sudden?

i upgarde the firmware and after that my computer didnt detected ans i put this firmware and it detected and add the drive removable my firmware is acu7513 and i cand fine it wilson 9.1.52 and i have a nother one is the same try to take the firmware from it and try to upgarde the firmware to this one and didnt work

i try to extrect the firmware from the other one and update it and say error :(

cchl2005 , did you try to use S1clone to extract the other player's firmware? Currently besides S1clone, the other S1fwx extractor does not support your version.

i made a extract and try to update it to the mp4 player and it say this there are differences between the flash-image origin and the target device i prees Yes it say the seaphore timeout period has expired
