Flash is no responding

after some bad firmwares, my upgrade tool show me this message "flash is no responding" what can i do

Try following the instructions from here: Dead Player Recovery Guide.

I think you may have to go through that process to try and recover your player to a state that it can be flashed again as it seems one firmware may have been completely incompatible with your player, causing this "flash is no responding" message.
