Default From hanging problems to blue screen

My player looks like this Player
except mine has 1GB capacity

The first problem I experienced was the constant freezing while playing. It even freezes while I browse through the folders. After some time, it's now a blue screen. I can connect it to my computer and I can browse through it. I made no firmware changes to it. The only thing that happened to it was being dropped more than once. I hope someone could help me figure this out.

Edit: After leaving it plugged in, it recharged properly. The weird thing is that it's fine again. Now I'm confused.

zapwing , try a format on your player first, guide here http://www.mympxplayer.org/how-to-re...ck-vt2400.html

If the problem still persists, then i'll suggest you contact your seller for an exchange if it is under warranty.

What version is it using now? You can check by going to the System/Settings menu, then selecting Firmware Version.

It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

It could be a static electricity problem. Actions chipset based players aren't known for their reliability.

I already tried formatting it before. Now the computer cannot detect it. Now, the screen is always blue.

zapwing , the firmware probably was corrupted before and eventually it crashed now. i'll suggest that you contact your seller for an exchange as newer players now uses the v9.0.xx firmwares which currently are lacking in firmware tools.
