nephentes , your player probably is using a Sunplus chipset. Which at the moment does not have any firmware tools (none that i know of) on the internet.

i'll suggest you contact your seller for an exchange as it is difficult to recover a Sunplus player.

Re: Display and camera problemm!!

thx early morning i talked to him he sad that he could exchange it... itS good but i afraid of that happens again and again cause there might not be any possibility of exchange again..

so i have to find out the root of this problem ..

ok brightness could be firmware problem

but cam ? i thought it is an hardware problem

guys i cant believe ...these products are so sensitive :x

nephentes , i noticed in the 2nd picture, that it is taken in a dark room or at night? Usually these camera lens do not take very good pictures when there is insufficient lighting.

For the screen, it is likely to be a hardware problem.
