Volume doesn't work on my Nano Clone

Well...I just bought a crappy Nano clone from Ebay.....like everyone else...this is a memory hacked one. So...instead of 4GB...it is a 2GB model.

but the problem is I can't seem to adjust the volume...I hit the Vol button. then use the left and right button to adjust. The only way for me to change the vol is to shut down the machine and restart the machine...

here is the firmware info I have:

frostiex , does this problem occur in the Music, FM, and Video mode?

Typically, you should be able to adjust the volume in Music and FM mode while it is still playing. But for video mode, you'll need to stop it before you can adjust the volume.

However, if you are experiencing the volume adjustment problem for all 3 modes. Then i'll suggest that you contact your seller for an exchange or refund. As likely the buttons are not assigned properly. Also, there are no extraction tools for your version at the moment. So you can't modify the button assignment.
