RockChip Mp4 Robotic Sound and SD Error

can anyone help me fix my mp4 player???

Rockchip MP4 player ver. 00.00.0010

sound turns robotic when i change music via explorer menu. but works fine when im just skipping it via left and right button.

also, winxp hangs when i insert sd card on my player and plug it in usb.
i insert 64mb sd card from my friend just to try the sd slot compatibility.
my mp4 can recognize the sd card and open the file supported like pic, mp3 and vid.
