Anyone know the manufacturer?

ok so my finace is going to her best friends wedding in a couple days so I get here wannabe Ipod nanno out (1.8 in screen) and went to put some other music on it for her BUT I forgot I had installed windows Vista on our computer...AND have looked all over the house for the cd rom that came with it!

Anyway here is the site and picture of what she has and where we got it.
http://jintium.en.alibaba.com/produc...r_GY_185_.html

I have talked and talked to the seller of our MP3 player and she insists that this win98 driver is the only one. SO I dl the up to date driver and now my computer detects the mp3 player BUT it doesnt come up as a storage device.

Does anyone know from the pic in the website above where I can dl the software to add songs to out mp3 player or the manufacturer?

Thanks to anyone w/ info!!!!

zero061099 , the problem with these players are that some could be detected by Vista, whilst others could not. There are currently no known drivers for Vista, only the Win98 drivers are available.

i'll suggest that you use an XP terminal, as it's the easiest way out.

well mine DID detect it and its plugged in. What I need is the correct disc software so I can access the player and add files or remove files to it.

zero061099 , these players do not need any software to add/remove files to it. It functions like a typical USB Drive, you'll just need to drag & drop files to its drive.

If your player has been detected, then just locate the removable drive from My Computer and drag & drop the files in.

Vista should have no problems with it, if it asks you for a driver just keep directing it to the Windows\System 32\drivers folder, has worked for others with driver install problems.

Try another USB port or cable or both.

If your PC has a nVidia nForce chipset you may need to install Windows Update KB925528 which is a usb fix for motherboards using this chipset with Vista.
