Default Need help to find win98 driver for my MP4

I just get a new mp4 player and I cant make my computer to recognise it. Im using win 98. The player comes with a cd but it was useless to install a driver. Can anyone help me?
The description is as follows:

Pen BLAZE 4 GB MP4 FM 2" display

I found its a rock chip player.

Thanks,
Anibal

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

T39 doesn''t sound as good as my T29
