device is not recognized

Ok i wa sat school one day and found one of these things i waited awhile .
after i waited i decided to go and search for the things i need to use it.
i did i spent 22 dollars on the stuff i needed.
i got this stuff to day
when i plugged the usb cord in to the computer then into the player it came up and said device is not recognized .

i fond this website and found somethings that i thought would help like the drivers you can download i downloaded them yet i could not get them to work. So now im saying this place help me if you have a firmware the same as mine which is

Did you try to update the firmware on your player? Or it has never been able to be recognised by Windows since you got it?

i fixed it the probelm was that it was never recognized and my drivers needed to be updated i went in to some place and set it up so that my driver would be updated to recognize the player
