Default Help with my new MP4 player


After i add songs to my MP4, i unplug it then listen to it. most of the songs i put on it when i firstgot it worked great. but now when i try to add more songs some of them dont work.

when i go to local folder then click the one i want some work and others i click and the MP4 just turns off and restarts back up.

please help me!

Hershey , seems like symptoms of hacked memory, i'll suggest you format your player with MP3 Utilities Disk Tools, the guide is here http://www.mympxplayer.org/how-to-re...ck-vt2400.html

If it is hacked memory, you'll end up with a lower capacity than before, as the formatting reveals the actual memory chip's capacity.

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.
