Default Chipod hardisk changed from 1 gig to 500mb?


Can someone please help me. it happened already to me twice. What happened is I bought a Chipod ( Clone IPOD ) which was 1 gig. Id copy files & stuff was working, But for some reasons i reformated the hardsik but ot my supprised after formating it turned to 500mb waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. Can someone please help me.

ISKIBA , likely your player only has a 512MB chip installed, and was hacked to show 1GB. i'll suggest you open the player to verify the memory chip's serial number.

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.
