[solved] Changed to Chinese by accident

I was trying to change the clock on my mp3-mp4 but changed it to chinese instead ! Can any one help me change it back to english. I tried shutting it down with the on off switch but to no avail.

HELP

Thanks Momo 285 for trying to help but I found the answer by changing all
the lines to English and finally found the answer to my inexperienced problem.

Now all I have to do is figure out how to load this machine !!
