Cant get the videos to show up

ok well the quick start guide says to go into my computer and press format on the new disk then check the quick box, after i did that everything was deleted and idk how to put movies on there pictures etc, i can put music on there but i cant get the videos the even show up anywere in the mp4 also, if i can is there anyway to make files for the music so i can put the same bands in diff folders like the same band songs in the same folder etc. ????

doritolover101 , the player works like a USB thumbdrive. Just drag and drop your music and video files into the player (in your folders), and the player would be able to play them.

For video, i assume that the sample video was deleted after the format you did. So now check the Firmware Version from the Settings menu to determine the chipset used. Also, what is your screen size?
