i downloaded the mp3 player utilities with the link you've provided me, but after i installed it, i did not find the disk tool. i also tried many differnet versions of the mp3 utilities with no success finding the disk tool.

i do have it on my version 4.0 (which is the one i said that didnt detect the player although a drive letter was assigned to it)
