Default Want to recover missing 1GB


Hi my friend, already format my mp4, before it had 2Gb of memory and now 1 Gb appears, what happened with another Gb, I want to recover it. Thanks.

alexdelg1803 , if you had formatted it as with the guide using MP3 Utilities Disk Tools, then likely your player only has a 1GB chip installed. It was hacked to show 2GB. There is no way to recover the "lost 1GB", as the chip is only a 1GB.

i'll suggest that you open up the player to verify the memory chip's serial number to be sure.

alexdelg1803,

I agree with lattesurf. I believe you have a hacked player and formatting it just revealed it's true memory size.

Where and who did you get the player from? Might be a good idea to mention this seller to others as a BAD SELLER for future reference and to pre-warn others.
