A software/program that controls the whole player's functions, display, etc. Think of it like a computer's OS.
Change/Theme Menu
Changing of the display images/menus to a customised look.
Dead Player
A player that does not turn on or boot up, where the main problem lies in that the firmware is corrupted.

Perhaps you are referring to MP3 Utilities, it is a software for formatting the player, converting videos to .amv format, etc.
