Windows unable to format and access problems
This mp4 player just p*#%$es me off. i received it 2 days ago and i already have problems i made sure i went to many sites to read their reviews and i heard nothing but good. Little did i know that i was gonna go threw some hell. I formatted this on my Jdrive and found out it only have 713MB. I cant put more than 18 songs on it and today when i tried to access my music file, it said i had to format the drive to access it. I formatted it again and this time it did not complete my computer told me "windows was unable to format J drive" And what sucks i already gave the person i bought it from on eBay a good feedback the day i got it. which was probably a MISTAKE. Anyways is there anything i can do to fix this problem ? Thanks ::Cedes:: |
cedes.benz , what did you use to format the player? i'll recommend using either MP3 Utilities Disk Tools (for Actions chipset), or HP Format Tool (for other chipsets).
If your player has a hack, formating via Windows Format would not be able to format it properly. Check the installed firmware version first (usually in the Settings/System menu). |
Re: Windows unable to format and access problems
Hi cedes.
I tried to surprise you with some great news for you. But my message to you was deleted. I also got in big trouble today for trying to help you. I'm really sorry. Someone on eBay offered to help you and do something that was like so unbelievable nice but I am not allowed by a person here to help and I can't have the person on eBay do what they offered to do. I'm really sorry. Message me I can tell you more about it. Stuff like this makes me feel sick. You get the surprise of a lifetime and someone else comes along and destroys it. I can't begin to tell you how sad I am. Anyways, please message me and I'll give you the info on whats going on. |
