Onda VX858LE consumerupdate dont'find the usb device

hy boy ,i have a problem,I want refresh my firmware ,because there is a new firmware .
I have always used consumer update and it has always been all right, now however that I want to adjourn it, I open the new firmware with the program but when I click update, says "usb not found "

WHY? :cry:
please help me

USB connection is not in Upgrade-mode or rockusb...
this is done by pressing MENU button while USB is plugged...
or from menu -> Settings -> update firmware

all right
i have change the firmware whit the 1.40 whit play FX ,
what does it change of main point from the next to last version?
is play useful FX indeed?
to thing it serves us? only for the music?
however while I am connecting it it doesn't make me press any key

PlayFX is awesome for play music in your device... it's simply amazing!!!
For watch videos it's awesome too...
It raises the volume of your player in 30%
I simply don't know why others players aren't using it

Where did you get that firmware???
