Hello to all users. Iīm writing to see if I can get some support with my MP4 problem.
The MP4 is a Unis G95 (I donīt know if that info helps)
The problem is the folowing:
The computer doesnt reconize it. I remeber formating it last before it stoppped working as FAT32, by reading here and in other forums I found out thats a bad thing to do. The instructions say to reformat it on FAT16.
The problem is that now no computer recognizes it, they only show that there is a External massive storage Rock Chip plugged on the computer, but doesnīt let me have any access to it, not putting files in, neither formating it again, showing a message that says to insert the disc again.
If someone can tell me how to do this format and hopefully rescue my MP4 I will be very thankfull.
Great iniciative with this forum by the way, by sharing we all can have maximum enjoyment of our MPXs.
