Navigation of music folders

my chipod has an issue when i try to go to root menu and select a music folder. when i do this there is always one on the screen that cannot be seen no matter whether i scroll down and up the folder does not show up. i can see a portion of the name in red but stil cannot see it. running wilson 9.0.50.

any idea on how to correct this problem?

satdog75 , there might be a firmware bug in your player. However, as your version is not supported by the extraction tool, you can't do anything regarding the firmware at the moment.
