MP4 cam 2.4lcd device not found
 
it came with a cd with a app name "MP3 Player Upgrade Tool" but it keeps saying "device not found" and i look through the menu and i cant seem to find a update option help me please i want to chance this lame theme it came with

Hardware:DVT2.1
Audio: V0.5.29bch2
1GB,1.3mp cam,speaker

smbhtid , it does not appear to be Actions based, which MP3 Utilities only works.

It is likely your player is a Sunplus chipset due to the Camera function.

I try extracting the files with "s1fwx.exe" but it saids device not found
and I don't know what to do now

smbhtid , S1fwx only supports the Actions chipset. As your player would likely be using the Sunplus chipset, it is not able to extract the firmware.

If your player is working proplery, i'll suggest that you do not do anything to the firmware.
