I need to update firmware

The firmware is old: version 00.01.011, 2006-06-20.
I'd like to update it. I'm bored with it because when a put it on, it always returns to Mandarin language.
I hope someone, can help me.

Dont do it. you **WILL** kill your player. I have a uxcell glacier player, and even they couldnt give me a working firmware for my player!

Just dont do it!

Thank you kjparker for your kind advice. So I´ll wait until a new secure firmware arrives. Perhaps I'll have to learn mandarin.
