Default Problems with new mp4


Hi, I have bought a 4g mp4-I can get it to charge by usb but cannot acces player on the computer. It appears useless to try. Is there anything I can do? When I go to my computer it isnt there

There may be a problem with one of the data lines in the USB cable, try using another cable.

I just tried a new usb lead and same thing - it looks like it is charging on the mp4 screen but I cant access it to do anything

Is the player turned on when you connect it?

If you plugged it in a front usb port, try a rear port. Some of the players (and other usb devices) are picky about that...
