Won't stay on and the on off switch is broken

i just bought this player a few weeks ago and it just broke. it won't stay on and the on off switch is broken as well is there a company i could send it to, to get it fixed?

It will help if you include a picture or model number. There are numerous models out there. Someone here might be able to tell you how to fix it.

i gave up on that mp3 and bought another and it just deleted my songs this morning and says the memory is full is there a way to fix this?? please say its an easy fix it is a LASONiC MP3/MP4 video player 2GB i think the ID# is QC PASS 35 but im not sure
