Dead player - blank blue screen - atj2091n

I was wondering if anyone could help me.

I bought one of the nano nock offs from ebay and i totally screwed it up .It is a 4 gig .All i get now on the screen is just a blank blue screen.I opened it up and here are all the numbers that are on the chips inside. samsung 652

On the small chip it has stamped on it.

Ive tried to use the fimware files from here but i don't know if i'm using the right one or not.

I'm not sure even the sequence you do this in. When your done the upgrade does the screen look the same as when you bot it ? Now all i get is a blue lit up screen .Hopefully some one out there can help . Thanks
