Mp4 Player - how to move screen?

Hi, I bought a 2gb mp4 player off ebay (Thankfully, it WASN'T hacked!:)) anyway, the screen is moved down some, so I can't see all of the words at the bottom or the progress bar thing, I have to look at it downwards to see it.
How would Imove the screen up?; there are 2 screws on the top and 2 on the bottom to take those 2 plastic plates off. There are no other screws on it, and under the plates there isn't much to move it.
If you could tell me how to move the screen up i'd love it! :D

As well: I can't modify the firmware, the CMD prompt comes up with this when I REPAIR ( I can extract fine! ):

Hidendra , it is likely that your player is using a version higher than v9.0.43 which is what the firmware extraction tool S1fwx currently only support.

What type of player do you have? A picture of it would be good. From your description, i think it is likely the Gen 2 clones with the round sides?

Yea, it's 2nd gen. Is there s1fws out for firmware above v9.0.43?

As well, I think its ME2 player, it does not say it but when I bought it in the description the picture had ME2 on the back, below the screen it says MP4 Digital Player.
As well I agree with your sig xD, don't know why they call em mp4's.
