Unibit X-320 Player - How do I charge battery?

I currently have a UNIbit X-320 player that I am having trouble getting to charge. Now I've lost the instruction manual that goes with it, but I though all we had to do to recharge the inbuilt battery in this unit was to attach it using the supplied USB lead to the USB port of our computer (turned on of course) and I thought it will begin to charge?

After that, I tried connecting to the supplied power pack, left it for about half a day, came back and tried to turn the MP3 Player back on, but it still said low battery and switched it self off? Is this an indication that battery dead or have I just simply missed something?

Thanks,
Nicholas T.

TyphoonTycoon , try using another USB cable to charge it, see if the problem still continues, as some cables might be faulty.

You can charge it either via a computer's USB port or using the AC adaptor. However, try to avoid using a non-powered USB hub, as sometimes there might be insufficient current to charge the player.

Also, do ensure that the main switch at the top is at the On position for charging.
