audio does not exceed 8 seconds

i brought a sony mp4 player with fake 2gb memory actually its 460 sumthin......the thing is i have been playin it for a long time but now it dosent play beyond 8sec's it switches to the next song directly ......
my mp4 player is act v9.0.50 ZX308A..CM50012......PLZ TELL ME WA2 DO

While playing, hit the Menu key, go to Repeat, then set it to Repeat All or Random (depending on your liking). It's most likely set to Intro, which plays the first 8 or 10 seconds of each song.
