MP4 player play song for only 10 sec

I have chinese made Mp4 ipod nano player.its plays song for only 10 sec and switches to other .its not even a month old.radio is perfectly all right
plz help

renuka rajput , if you press on Menu whilst the music is playing, select Repeat and then chose Normal. The music should now be playing normally. The player probably was set into Intro mode.
