How do I get the MP3 Player Utilities File to open with Windows Vista?

right click on the file, go on to properties, go to the comaptability tab, tick the "Run this program in compatability mode for" box then from the dropdown box select "Windows XP (Service Pack 2)" also at the botom you need to tick "Run this program as an administrator"
