Problem with AVI Converter

I have installed "AVI Converter 4.00" on my computer (I use it for convert rmvb files to xvid). It's been working very well. However, a few days here no longer rip the videos, the progress bar is not progressing and it appears that does nothing.

Any idea why this unusual behavior?

Perhaps trying uninstalling it then reinstalling it again to see if that fixes the problems.

Did anything 'change' on your computer since the last time it has worked properly?
