Hi, you need to follow the instructions posted here: How To: Removing Memory Hack

Format errors occur when a player is hacked. The memory reads 8gb and shows that much loaded onto the player. In reality, it only loads the real amount of memory and everything else is ghost files that don't exist.

Yes, that should solve the problem. Crap!! Only 102MB? That really sucks. If you bought it off of eBay, contact the seller immediately. If you paid through Paypal, open a dispute stating the item is not as described.

Whatever you do, if the seller wants you to send the player back at YOUR COST, don't do it. You will never see another player or your money again. Do NOT let the seller tell you it was your fault for formatting. They often say this to deflect the blame onto unsuspecting buyers. Good Luck!

No because it never existed. The player was simply hacked to show that it was there.
