Default Remap Buttons after Firmware chnge

Hi Folkz!
Ive got this mp4 Player from ebay
Click the image to open in full size.
Its a 1GB Actions Player, but the firmware sucked. There was no folder browser, so i switched to a selfmade nano clone firmware.
Nano FW and some file from my original FW and it worked, so i have folder browser and some stuff more.
BUT there are two problems and i cant fix them so id like to ask here.
The buttons are mapped wrong. Iv tried to change this with waterlilly but that didnt worked (or i got it wrong) Does anyone know where in the FW these informations are stored?
and second, my display is greater than the display of the nano clone. So there is a blue or black area at the top of the screen all the time. Is there a way to fix this?
Is there a description avaliable what which file in the firmware stands for? The DIsplay problem is not really a problem because i need the player to here music not to watch it, but the new button alingment suxx.
So please anyone help

You can consider yourself lucky for not killing your player completely after flashing a different firmware.

I can't help you with your issues as i don't have an Actions player anymore, and i'm not much of a coder either. My Sigmatel player's firmware also sucks, but i don't have the skills to mod it.
