Not allowing me to adjust exposure/brightness
Hello guys ,
I have purchased a Mpeg4 player.I have a problem with it that its not allowing me to adjust exposure/brightness , so i am only able to take picture in sun light ....other wise its almost black in all, i have already tried finding in settings and etc but there is no setting there , in the manual it says press right left keys but its not working. I need to know which chip set it has and which firmware version.I tried finding in manual and in player but i found no clue about the chip set or version. i am posting its pictures and specifications here and i want some one to help me solve that exposure problem. Hi loog,
Do you mean the brightness on the screen you see on your player or the actual brightness in the photos you take with your player? When you go into the "Setup" or "Settings" within your player, is there an item called "Info" or "Firmware"? It might give you a better idea of the chipset used and the firmware version. |
Re: Not allowing me to adjust exposure/brightness
I mean that its not allowing me to set exposure in the camera and video recording thats why i can only take good pictures in sunlight...otherwise its pretty black..... The brightness of player is ok. i have checked setting etc but there is no version or firmware info in there only i see two notepad files one is in chines and other is in English that seems read me file of PMP Transcoding tool. Beside that i have tried to figure out from manual but nothing there about version etc. the manual tells about adjusting hue of camera , i.e press left and right keys , but its not increasing or decreasing the exposure of camera(not working).

Loog,
I have a camera with mpx player but these things unfortunately are not good at taking photos indoors , there just isnt enough light for that The camera works great in sunlight though. There is just no way around that bug and please dont upgrade your firmware as there is a 98 % chance that u will kill your player unless u upgrade from a reliable source example the manufacturers webpage directly, otherwise it just isnt worth the risk |
