Windows could not find a correct driver for MP4 player

I have recently purchased a MP4 player from ebay. However when i plugged it in to my laptop, via a USB cable. Windows could not find a correct driver and i dont have it on a disc either.

Does anyone know a solution to this? I have contacted the seller and am currently awaiting a response...

Note: I am using Vista. This is the MP4 Player i bought: 2GB 1.8" LCD MP4 MP3 Video Player +Case for Nano -Black

Are you using Windows 2000 or XP?

If it's Windows 98 or ME, then you will need drivers for it, otherwise Windows 2000 or XP will work fine.

If your laptop already has Windows 2000/XP, then you can try plugging your player into another computer instead to see if that works. If not, try replacing the cables as a lot of these problems are caused by faulty USB cables.
