Stuck on hour glass

i own mp4 player who made in china
one day when i switch it on that what i get

so my question is this player dead or just need driver which i don't have it
or something else so pls help me

Does it every go pass the hour glass? Or is it forever stuck on it?

Does your computer recognise it and show up as a drive? If it does, you can try FORMATTING it to see if that helps.
