Default Dead MP4 Ipod clone

I need help, my PC dont detect my MP4 ipod clone, I dont have drivers, the screen looks only the hourglass and nothing more happens (it cant pass the hourglass)...

Please help...

It't the software system lose , have to upgrade the system . But It's have to know the Screen SN and the PCBA board SN. It's very diffcult , please reture to your seller!
