Default Player not detected


Hey guys my player is not detected by any software i am easily able to copy things and extract from it but softwares are unable to detect it like that mp3 player utility

Please help

Hi Krates,

If MP3 Player Utilities can't detect your player, then chances are, it's not an Actions Chipset player (s1mp3 player). It might instead be a Sigmatel, Sunplus, Rockchip or another type altogether.

Try going into the [Settings] or [Setup] within your player's main menu to find an item called "firmware version" or "firmware info" (or something similar. It should give you a good idea what type of chipset your player has based on the firmware version.
